Policies

I create fully handmade sterling silver and gold (and occasionally other metals) jewelry, featuring natural gemstones, in my tiny studio in Cluj, Romania. As my business is a one woman show, I have written these policies to make sure everything runs smoothly, and that you know what to expect when ordering from me. Please read these before making an order, so as to make an informed decision when buying, and to make sure all parties are satisfied. Payment can be done via Paypal or Stripe through the website, or offline in person.

My pieces are handmade, and this means I do not have a constant stock, the same pieces at all times, and most pieces will certainly not be remade, or if they are they will not look the same.

I try to have a monthly update with new items and past favourites.

I do not allow reservations on pieces, so as to give everyone an equal chance of buying the piece they like.

I do not currently do wholesale, and my work isn't present in any brick and mortar shop.

I am currently not takin any commissions. Most of the commissions you will see on my social media and other pages were taken prior to this decision.

Custom work can be made in your size.

Most of the pieces I make for updates, though, are not resizable unless stated otherwise.

Please know your size (I work with circumference length), or get it measured by a jeweler, as at-home measurements might not be properly made. Custom jewelry will not be resized if you give me the wrong size.

Thicker ring bands are more snug on the finger, thus I recommend sizing up one size or two when ordering these.

I ship to all the EU countries, and also some non-EU countries. You can check if yours is available at checkout.  Please ask me if you don't see your country, I have to individually check customs formalities for each, so it is easier to only provide the countries I ship most commonly to.

I typically ship within 3-5 business days, and every order is tracked, and the numbers will be provided. I ship through DHL.

You will be notified of any delay in shipping on my part.

I am not liable for items lost in the mail, or stolen, but I will do anything in my power to help you track them down. If you wish to have them insured, please message me and I will send you an invoice with the extra cost.

Please know your country's policies and taxes when ordering, as I have no control over duties or import fees.

I make each piece with utmost care, and put a strong emphasis on sturdiness when constructing everything, but please care for your jewelry as you would for any precious object. Avoid strenuous activity when wearing them, keep them out of humid environments, and keep in mind that some perfumes, sprays, lotions, etc. might contain chemicals that could damage metals/stones.

Do not swim with your jewelry on, especially if it has gems! Chlorine is extremely damaging do metal and can cause corrosion in the prongs holding the stone.

Sterling silver tarnishes in time, especially in humid environments or when not worn. A gentle rub with jeweler's cloth should be enough to bring back their shine, but avoid areas where there was any kind of patina added, as it could be removed too.

Please store your jewelry in the shade, as direct sunlight can damage certain gemstones, or discolour them.

For adjustable pieces, please only adjust them to your desired size and refrain from bending them in and out of a certain size, as this will cause cracks and result in breaking in time.

All sales are final, so please keep your budget and ring/necklace size in mind when purchasing. Please do not guess on your size if you do not know it, there will be no returns due to remorse or mistaken sizes.

This being said, if you believe there was a mistake on my part, please message or email me immediately so we can discuss a solution.

I do not do repairs on any other jewelry than the pieces made by me. This is because my time creating is far more valuable than the expected value for repairs.

I construct my work to last you a lifetime, but sometimes jewelry might need maintenance, or even repairs. Should that need arise, please message or email me, with photos and an explanation. The cost and timeline might be different for each case, so they will be discussed for every particular piece. I offer free repairs (and sometimes replacements) complementary for an entire year after purchasing.

I am not currently doing collaborations of any kind.
